Return & Refund Policy OVA BeautySupply

At OVA BeautySupply, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty products.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

• We do not accept returns for change of mind on opened products
• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
• Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled
